Stainless Steel 3-layer sintered wire cloth/perforated sintered mesh for filter
The MultiLayer sintered mesh is made by the multilayer metal woven wire mesh through the special stromatolithic
pressing and vacuum sintering. It is a new filter media with high mechanical strength and monolithic rigid structure.
The standard sintered mesh, 5layer Sintered Stainless Steel Wire Mesh consists five layers, the protective layer,
the filter layer, the dispersion layer, and two reinforcing layers. It provides excellent performances such as
excellent precision and high strength, corrosion and heat resistance, so it is a kind of ideal filter material for
applications that high strength and high temperature required.
Due to its smooth mesh hole structure, this filter material is of excellent backwashing and reusable function.
Therefore, it can be reused for al long time, and is especially suitable for continuous and automatic operation,
the character of which can't be exceeded by any other kind of filter materials.
Furthermore, this filter material is easy to be formed, machined and welded. It can be produced into many kinds of
shapes such as circular, cartridge, cone and pleats etc.

· Material:The standard materials are SUS316(AISI316) ,SUS316L(AISI316L).
Special Alloy Steel Hastelloy ,Monel ,Inconel are acceptable base on customer's requirement .

and other dimensions in between are also available.

Type A Sintered Wire Mesh:
This is a standard combination 5layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application.
5 different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined, then sintered together through vacuum sintering,
compression, and stamping, forming a porous product.
This sintered wire mesh can be made with nominal filter ratings ranging from 1 micron to 100 microns.
It also maintains a steady filter rating, due to the protective layers and sintering technology used to create it.
Type B Sintered Wire Mesh:
This type of sintered wire mesh is made from several layers of square woven wire mesh sintered together.
Due to the high porosity of the woven wire mesh, this type has good permeability, low resistance, and high circulation.
It is mainly used in the filtration of air and liquids. As there is a wide selection of support layers,
this sintered wire mesh can be easily customized to fit customers needs.
Type C Sintered Wire Mesh:
This type of sintered wire mesh is made from perforated metal sintered together with several layers of wire mesh.
Due to the support of the perforated metal, this type of sintered wire mesh has higher resistance to pressure and higher mechanical strength.
Type D Sintered Wire Mesh:
This type of sintered wire mesh is made from 2 to 3 layers of plain dutch weaves sintered together through vacuum sintering and stamping.
This type of sintered wire mesh has the advantageous characteristics of proportionately spaced holes and good permeability.
